Hi, I’m Rachel! or Rae as I’m often known online. I’m an illustrator living in the beautiful hill country of Texas. I have been creating art first as a teenager posting on DeviantArt and Tumblr (you may know some of my greatest hits) and then as a freelance artist for over two decades.

I love to read and you’ll often catch me listening to an audiobook or with my kindle. So when the opportunities began to work in literary field as an artist, well it was a dream come true. I LOVE love, all kinds of love, and it’s incredible that my job largely consists of drawing characters in love and the various forms it takes.

I have had some incredible opportunities working independently with authors and publishers to bring characters to life.

When I’m not working you’ll find me thrifting, using power tools to rip into a wall in my house, or spending time with my husband and two daughters.
